TKSTOKLEY & ASSOCIATES LLC offers a satisfaction guarantee on our consulting services. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of our service, we will work with you to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.
This guarantee applies to both one-time consulting engagements and ongoing service agreements, subject to the limitations and procedures outlined in this policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver a service as specified in the service agreement
- Quality Issues: If the deliverables do not meet the quality standards or specifications outlined in the service agreement
- Service Cancellation: If you cancel a service according to the cancellation terms in this policy
- Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged multiple times for the same service
3. Refund Request Timeframe
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the issue within:
- 7 days of service delivery for quality issues or service not matching specifications
- 30 days of payment for duplicate charges or billing errors
- The cancellation timeframe specified in your service agreement for service cancellations
We strongly recommend that you review all deliverables promptly upon receipt to ensure timely reporting of any issues.
4. How to Request a Refund
Refund Request Process:

- Provide Order Details: Include your client reference number, the services in question, and the reason for your refund request.

- Resolution: We will process your refund or offer an appropriate solution within 10 business days of receiving your request.
5. Service Cancellation Policy
5.1 Project-Based Services
For project-based services:
- Cancellation before work begins: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
- Cancellation after work begins but before 25% completion: 75% refund
- Cancellation between 25% and 50% completion: 50% refund
- Cancellation after 50% completion: No refund
The percentage of completion will be determined based on the project timeline and deliverables as outlined in the service agreement.
5.2 Retainer Services
For ongoing retainer services:
- Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice
- Services will continue during the notice period and charges will apply
- Any unused portion of the retainer after the notice period ends will be refunded
- No refund for services already delivered or in progress
5.3 Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- Cancellation requires notice as specified in the subscription agreement
- Refunds are generally not issued for partial subscription periods
- Access to subscription services typically continues until the end of the current billing period
6. Refund Methods and Processing Time
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunded to the original card, typically appearing within 5-10 business days
- Bank Transfers: Refunded via bank transfer, typically processed within 5-7 business days
- Alternative Arrangements: In cases where the original payment method cannot be used, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method
Please note that while we process refunds promptly, the actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution and is beyond our control.
7. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following items and services are generally non-refundable:
- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted
- Custom deliverables that have been created specifically for your business
- Third-party costs that have already been incurred (such as media buys, software licenses, or production costs)
- Late cancellation fees as specified in service agreements
- Administrative fees associated with service setup or cancellation
8. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that special circumstances may arise that are not covered by this policy. In such cases, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration:

- Your history as a client
